Junior Girls Policies

The Committee has introduced three policies to assist with the management of the club.


Appointment of Coaches policy.
The Appointment of Coaches policy provides the guidelines the Club utilises when making appointments to the key coaching roles.


Appointment of Selectors policy.

Selectors play a key role in the selection and development of the major teams.  The Club utilises the Appointment of Selectors policy to provide the direction and transparency.

Appointment of Players policy.

Of all appointments the selection of players is the most sensitive and the most difficult. The Club uses the Appointment of Players policy to guide and support all player selections.
