BBQ and Canteen Roster 2020

An important part of making our Wednesday night training so successful is our fabulous BBQ, Canteen and Bar. Come to training and allow us to fix dinner for that family or enjoy a drink with friends while you wait.

ROSTER 2018

Our BBQ & Canteen will kick off again in early March 2020. To make our BBQ & Canteen a success, we need the generous support of all our Parents to help flip some burgers or serve behind the counter. Below is the roster for Canteen duty for 2020.  


Each week a different team will provide volunteers to work on the Canteen & BBQ. Volunteers need to arrive at the Canteen at 4.45pm for set up.  

It will be the responsibility of the team to nominate parents for the following tasks:
  1. To purchase the  BBQ items listed below. The club will reimburse this person on presentation of receipts.
  2. To collect the meat from MeatU@Home butchers , The Gap Village, Waterworks Road, The Gap. (We have an account with MeatU@Home, so they will bill the club directly).  Meat will be ready to collect after 3.00pm.

Bread
  • 5 loaves of bread
  • 42 jumbo hamburger rolls (Woolworths usually sell these)

Salad
  • 2 heads of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Kg Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Kg onions
